I like how strange this picture is. The first impression is "why on earth are there things hanging from the photograph?" I think that they are clothes, but i am not entirely sure why they are just hanging there. I likw is also, because even though it is whacky, it is also kind of soothing.
I love the pattern in this one. They are all the same, yet each of them are doing something different. The leading lines are awesome, because they are at a slant, instead of up and down or side to side.
This is the same man as before. I can tell, because it is the same sort of pattern. all the same, yet different. Then there is the one man in front, that is compleatly out of place. I am not as crazy about the figure-ground relationship, but i like the concept.
The reason why i like this is becasue it an action shot. Is almost too busy, but it is simple in design. Building falling down, hose spraying the fire. The only thing that bothers me is the building in the top right. It drives me slightly insane.
I am amazed at the figure ground relationship astouunds me in this photograph. it is almost not belivable, but is it just close enough to fool me.
I like the emotion that is conveyed in this. I instantly feel lonely/sad. I would like to think that it is her real emotion, but i cannot tell if it was staged. Regardless, i like the composition and the way she makes me feel sad. She got her alcahol, and she is by herself. Como can you say, Alone?
