Sweet Photographers

As slade said, there were some of these guys that were no bueno, but i filtered some of them out. These are my favorites.

BRAD WILSON: World Religion

I think that this idea is really awesome, for lack of a better word. I really enjoy how he juxtaposed all of the religions together even though in real life they do not go together all that great. My favorite is the catholic cross with the hands, because i like how the beads draw your eyes in circles, and that it is balanced, but off center with the cross.

KERRY MANSFIELD: Borderline

i am unsure why this project is called borderline, but i really really like it. It is maybe a touch too busy, but i like how they have almost two images in one. Its like doublemint gum.

JONATHAN SMITH: Photoliminal

These skulls are awesome! He lights them really well, and they are just plain interesting. I think that they are unique, and according to the slade equation, unique+camera=good.

KATHRINE LANNAN: The Intervention

This is one of my top 3 all time favorite images EVER. The lighting is awesome, the composition is amazing, and the idea is just plain astounding. this gets an A+.

JEFF HUTCHENS: Planet in Peril: Battle Lines

so this dude is pretty cool, too. This bottom one is my favorite. i like the shadows and the mountains.
DORNTIH DOHERTY: Archiving Eden

I like these because they reminded me of slade's bean plants, except like a negative, kinda. They are sweet. They are balanced. They are awesome.

INES D"OREY: Porto Interior

Again one of my favorite images of all time is the bottom one. It s balanced and it has sweet colors and lighting. Again, AWESOME.

SUSAN BURNSTINE: Within Shadows

I have accidentally blogger about her before, specifically about the bottom image. Now i discovered that she has a whole series, and they are awesome. Yay Susan Burnstine.

BRIAN BUCKLEY: Instant Shadows: Photograms

I don't even know what these are, but they rock. I think this is my favorite series because they go the best together. Again the bottom one is my favorite.

Good looking...good seeing...good commenting. I'm glad someone took the time to look at those photographers.

Now...just for fun, find one of them that you totally hate. Rip them apart. Tell me why their images are weak sauce. Tell me how you'd do their project better.
